I'm Crystal Crowley, LMFT, and CEO. I provide trauma-informed therapy for Black professionals- with a deep commitment to Black women's healing. My work is for high-functioning people who carry a lot, lead a lot, and often feel they have to hold it together at all costs.
With 15+ years in the mental health field, I bring a grounded, culturally responsive approach to healing that honors both your lived experience and your resilience. I specialize in working with all dimensions of trauma, including racial trauma and race-based stress, intergenerational trauma, relationship wounds, grief and loss, and the emotional toll of professional burnout and chronic high achievement.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients via telehealth in California, Texas, and Arkansas. I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in San Francisco, CA. My clinical lens integrates evidence- based trauma care with culturally grounded frameworks to support deep, sustainable change, not just short-term coping.
In therapy, you can expect a warm, direct, and collaborative space. We will move at a pace that feels safe while remaining intentional about growth. The goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help you reconnect to yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that does not require self-abandonment to succeed.
If you are ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
